The Bowden Clamp for Ultimaker Hot end v2, initially designed by Owen, has been evolved. It can be found on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27762. The original source code is available on Github at https://github.com/hugokernel/OpenSCAD_Things/tree/master/Bowden%20Clamp%20v3. For proper functioning, it requires four 12mm washers to evenly distribute the clamping force from the bolts. Furthermore, it has four slots at the bottom for placing nuts that hold two electronic boards in place. More information about this Bowden Clamp can be found in French here: http://www.digitalspirit.org/blog/index.php/post/2013/10/30/Nouvelle-mise-%C3%A0-jour-sur-l-Ultimaker. In addition, you will need to obtain a pneumatic push-fit connector like the one from http://www.ebay.com/itm/LOT5-One-Touch-Hex-Socket-Male-Connector-6mm-1-8-thread-Replace-SMC-KQ2S06-01S-/221076325466?ssPageName=ADME:L:OC:FR:3160, which requires drilling the bottom part. Lastly, don't forget to print the support.stl file.
