This alternative design features a printable substitute for wooden part 8A in Owen's creation. You can choose from three options: [UPH-01-001] includes the basic replacement, [UPH-01-002] adds an integrated Bowden clamp (as displayed in the photo), while [UPH-01-003] comes with two integrated Bowden clamps. For hot-end designs requiring two threaded clamps, opt for [UPH-010-010]. Although these parts fit together seamlessly, actual printing tests are yet to be conducted. For part UPH-01-001, slicing at 0.2 mm is recommended. Ensure that all threaded components are sliced at 0.1 mm with a 0.8 mm wall, using 30% fill (unverified). To prevent ruined threads, apply PTFE tape - one or two wraps should suffice. To secure the Bowden tube, wrap masking tape around it in 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 turns before insertion.
