For those who enjoy the banana tuning by Jeremy, a working version is now available that can be bolted onto existing UM blocks without changing them. Solid blocks from chasmaker are recommended for easy tensioner installation using 10mm M3 bolts. If longer bolts are used for the tensioner, ensure endswitches work properly. To install, remove nuts from wooden blocks with long bolts and screw back slightly to use the tensioner as a nut replacement, leaving tensioning bolts on the lever unchanged. A hair's adjustment extra may be needed. Use a .4mm nozzle and 100% infill in Cura settings. Rotate the tens-case STL file 180 degrees to avoid bridging issues. Solidworks parts and assembly files are also included for further improvement. Please note that it was a tight fit, so some users might face challenges with compatibility. However, it fits on stock UM machines.
