Ultimaker Adjustable Belt Tensioner

There's a widespread issue with Ultimakers that involves belts for the X-Y axes not being tight enough. Numerous belt tensioners are already available, but they all have one thing in common: they're static (there's no way to adjust the tension force). To solve this problem, I designed and uploaded a new tensioner that utilizes standard Ultimaker bolts 5x16 and nuts, making it easy to install and allowing for precise control over the tension force.
