This is the complete enclosure for the Ultimaker 3 Extended 3D printer. The covers are crafted from 3mm clear acrylic material. The top box is secured using a hot-glue gun, while a plastic bag attached to the rear via tape provides easy access and ventilation as needed. The front door hinges are made from PLA, bonded to the acrylic with Loctite 406 (Cyanoacrylate), and then fastened to the printer using 3M VHB tape. The closing handle employs three 10mm neodym magnets, secured with 406 and VHB respectively. Acrylic components can be purchased for approximately $30 USD, covering material, cutting, and shipping costs.
