Ultimaker 2go - Ultimaker 2+/3/S5/S3 feeder adapter

This is a simple spacer to put a um2+/um3/(maybe) S5/S3 type feeder onto a um2go. Lets be honest the um2 non geared feeders are not great I had the part so I wanted to use it.
