Ultimaker 2 - Zesty Nimble V2 & E3D V6 upgrade

This is a quick design I made to add an E3D V6 and Zesty Nimble V2 to my Ultimaker 2 Extended Plus. The xy-Carriage is based of the design by Lions3. I added slots for M3 square nuts to clamp the hotend in place. Additional I added space for 4 M3x4 brass threded inserts to fix the fanduct to the printhead. To mount the Zesty Nimble V2 to the printhead you need 3 additional M3 threaded inserts (at least 3x M3x4 - optimal you could use 1x M3x4, 1x M3x6 and 1x M3x12). Additionally I added a mount for the Zesty Nimble V2 stepper motor Bracket. This cover can be mounted to the exisition mounting-position of the Extruder Stepper using 4 M3x10 screws and 4 M3x6 threaded inserts. The Zesty Nimble can be mounted using 4x M5x6 screws and 4 M5x6 threaded inserts. There is an additional slide-on cover to "hide" the stepper motor assembly away and make everything look tidy. not tested yet
