The upper section of my Ultimaker 2's print head cracked, likely due to over-tightening the thumb screws. As a replacement, I designed a new part using Fusion 360; its slightly altered design may prove more durable than the original. Print it in PETG or ABS without supports and it should work well with both Makerbot Replicator and Ultimaker printers.
