Ultimaker 2 heat bed cable clip comes in three sizes: original/8mm, 6mm, and 4mm height. I didn't notice until after creating this based on the Ultimaker 2 drawing "1243_Heated_Bed_Cable_Clip" that Dintid already created one the same way. I'm justifying uploading mine because of the extra sizes. The original size turned out to be too loose for my clone heat bed cable, and I could have easily used a cable tie instead. The photos show the 6mm clip in action. This design prints without any support needed. Let me know if you need a different size. I noticed that Dintid also uses Fusion 360, which makes things like this pretty easy to do, and it's free for non-commercial use, not just students.
