Ultimaker 2 front door

Hi, These are the 3D printed parts to build a front door for an Ultimaker 2. The hinges let users turn the door 270° around the axis, inspired by this part: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/plexiglas-door-for-ultimaker-2. It improves printing conditions for ABS and prevents warping. We measured temperatures in the enclosure, reaching about 75-80°C (170°F) max when the heat-bed is at 100-110°C (210-230°F). Find the top enclosure here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1181123 Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 75% Notes: Correctly orient each part before printing. Print all parts once, except for the "2XHinge_plexiLock" and "2XHinge", which need to be printed twice. Printed with Colorfab XT; ABS with more infill may also work. After Printing Drill M4 and M3 holes again for easier assembly. Drill holes in the polycarbonate sheet to avoid screws at the top front of the printer (see picture). Requirements: Hinge Screws: 4X FHC M415 or 20mm, holding polycarbonate; 2X CHC M335 or 40mm, hinge axis screws; 3X CHC M3*20mm, Ultimaker replacement screws. Locker Screws: 1X CHC M4*25mm, 1X M4 nut (or nylstop nut). Poly-carbonate (4mm thick): 1X 326*326mm. It's done! Admire the transformation!
