I crafted a custom pulley system for the Ultimaker 2 that greatly reduces tension on the filament spool. The pulley wheels are engineered to work seamlessly with regular skateboard bearings. To fine-tune the spool frame wheel, simply remove the knob and adjust as needed. Enjoy. Instructions Print filament_frame at 100% infill; from there, take charge of your design.
