Ultimaker 2 Fan Shroud with Mount for Duet IR Probe

This is a remix of this part https://www.youmagine.com/designs/fan-mount-um2-olsson-block. Modified to provide a mount point for the Duet WiFI Probe here: https://www.duet3d.com/IRProbe. I used screws supplied with the IR Probe alongside some M2.5 nuts (hexagonal nuts, not square ones), which should be slotted into the plastic part. I rebuilt my Ultimaker 2 with a new frame due to its original frame being damaged and distorted, causing bed adhesion problems. During this process, I decided to upgrade the Ultimaker 2 electronics with a Duet WiFi and Panel Due, wanting to use the IR Probe for autoleveling/compensation. I use a black PrintBite https://flex3drive.com/printbite/ printing surface on my Ultimaker 2 and find the IR probe works well. I haven't tested it just using the Glass surface but that might be problematic due to the way the IR sensor works. I've also provided some helper g-code macros for the Duet WiFi to assist with setting up the height of the nozzle compared to the IR sensor. These macros are helpful when using the PanelDue with the Duet WiFi.
