This is a custom E3Dv6 hotend mount designed for aluminum Ultimaker 2 clones, featuring 6mm rods mounted at the same level as 8mm rods, similar to the configurations showcased on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1424111 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2720674. Sliding blocks like those displayed above enable stock UM2 hotend carriages to be precisely aligned by the Y axis.
