Ultimaker 2 E3D v6 adapter

I'm gearing up for the next iteration of my E3D adapter, and I've got all the parts right here. My goals are clear: Refresh the design to use a v6 heatbreak, switch to dual material with the ability to level the nozzle height independently, maintain the same Z height as the stock model, and make it compatible with 1.75 filament.
