This is my Ultimaker 2+ door, easy to install and disassemble - just pull it up. You can mount it without modifying the printer frame, secure it with 3 screws on the left or right side. Parts Needed: 270x290mm of 4mm acrylic glass, hinge_door: super glue to fix it on the acrylic glass (door_drawing), hinge_printer: 3 x M3 flat head screw, 25mm long, Lock: 2 metal springs, 16mm x 5mm in diameter, 4 x M3 cheese head screws, 18mm long, 1 x M3 cheese head screw, 20mm long. To install the lock, see the door_drawing file below for dimensions. Then attach it according to the drawing with a clamp, drill 4 holes 4mm deep and secure it to mark the breakthrough. I used my dremel to make the cut. Then attach the parts lock_lever and lock_outside on the front of the door, screw the inner bolt part to the lock_lever. Put the metal springs in the provided holes and add the last part lock_inside. You'll need a screwdriver to get the spring into the hole from the lock_inside part.
