This is a basic and easy-to-follow design for enhancing airflow over the control panel located under the Ultimaker 2. Intended to work in tandem with a standard-sized 50mmx15mm blower fan, this duct effectively covers all the front-facing sheetmetal ventilation holes on the board, syncing perfectly with the original OEM mounting points, and eliminating the need for drilling. To get started, you will need: (1) A high-performance 50mmx15mm blower fan. (2) Button Head Screws measuring #6-32 along with nuts or a combination of 35mm M3 Screws using factory-locking nuts. (1) One sturdy M3 Screw, specifically designed to secure the blower fan to the UM2's underside.
