Ultimaker 2 9.4 & 8.4mm Spacer

This thing is untested, but it probably will work. It has two settings - one for 9.4mm spacing and another for 8.4mm spacing if you're using the I2K. I'll change this later after testing it, but it should just work fine as-is. Of course, I plan to adjust the little triangles' alignment eventually, but for now, it works okay for me.
