Ultimaker 2-3 Extruder Lever Arm - Screw Together Upgrade

My Ultimaker 2+ suddenly started jamming constantly and I found that the extruder lever had severely warped at the bearing mounting point, causing it to get stuck. Using the UM open source files, I modified the lever arm to assemble with screws, which greatly improved its overall strength. I used ABS plastic with a higher infill density. It's recommended to use M3 x 10 flat head screws or #4 x 3/8" machine screws. The new design allows for prints without any need for supports. This modification should work for the Ultimaker 2, 2+, and 3 models - however, I'm unsure if it will be compatible with the S5 version.
