This is a one-piece holder that can accommodate spools with center holes greater than 48mm in diameter and widths up to 70 or 90mm, depending on the specific file being printed. Enabling support for a maximum overhang angle of 45 degrees eliminates the need for additional support around the center cutout. I am printing using PLA at Fast mode, but with three layers applied to surfaces and an infill rate of 20%.
