Ultimaker 1 E3D v6 Bowden mount

E3D-V6 mount for the Ultimaker 1 -- is remixed from Musti's E3D mount.(http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:145988) The interior, which holds the E3D (E3D-v6) all metal heatsink bowden edition, is redesigned for the v6 version. Just order from E3D online: v6 Heatsink 3mm bowden v6 heat sink break 3mm 30x30x10mm DC fan Then print the parts and you are good to go. I used the original UM1 heater block, extruder nozzle and thermocouple and printed these parts in ABS. Also printed the fan-duct from Musti, which I had to remix slightly post print using a set of pliers to cut away some plastic so the original UM1 heater block does't touch the fan duct. (Too impatient to redesign the fan-duct for this setup :-)) If you need it and are not in the position to print, you can find it online at our website! Although my version 2 was working great, I am working on a version 3, which has: the top of the E3D-V6 better aligned to improve the bowden clip mounting enable slightly better cooling of the E3D-V6 heatsink an additional mounting area at the bottom for the original thermo couple amplifier PCB so your build plate is beautifully lightened by the blue led from the amplifier. Instructions The fan has to be connected to an always on 12V supply (when using a 12V fan of course :-) using the extra wires for the second heater nozzle thermocouple. Pick two wires and connect them to the GND and 12V. My Ultimaker has a 19V supply, I just carefully soldered a wire to the output of the 7812 regulator. Don't wire the fan to the print cooler fan since it is not always on. The head fan needs to be always on to keep cooling the middle section of the head after a print, preventing the filament from getting stuck.
