Ultimaker 1+ and 2 improved Z-nut

This fix addresses the play in the z-nut of the Ultimaker 1+ and 2, which results in an overextrusion layer followed by an underextrusion layer. I fabricated them using ABS, but it is highly suggested that a more wear-resistant material be used, such as nylon or iglide tribo. To achieve optimal results, print with 100% infill.
