Ultima Air HEPA Filter
thingiverse
This is my custom-designed HEPA air filter, featuring an easy change-out of the HEPA filter and utilizing fans to pull air through the HEPA filter instead of pushing it through. The advantage of pulling air through is that the fans remain much cleaner. Additionally, since the HEPA filter is located outside of the enclosure, it's easier to replace. This filter housing was designed around the use of 3/8" to 1/2" panels. If you used anything smaller than 3/8", you may need to use a filler piece to achieve the correct fit. Required parts for the Ultima Air HEPA Filter: M3x20mm screws x 10 M3x16mm screws x 12 M3x8mm screws x 4 40mm Fans Eureka HF-2 HEPA Filter DC Power Jack I have not been able to print the entire Filter Housing, so I cannot verify that all components fit as intended. However, I've taken into account how 3D printed items shrink and expand, making it 3D printer ready. Please notify me ASAP if you encounter any issues. Once my printer is up and running again, I plan on prioritizing this project to complete the print and finish.
