The print area is 150x150x150mm. Modified parts from 3D UlTi v1.2.6 are used. You can use the original parts UlTi v1.2.6, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2246310 Compatibility with the original printer is fully preserved. A tensioner for the Z-axis belt is used, taken from the Y-axis belt CR-10, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3478466 The kinematic scheme is simplified compared to the Ultimaker, using fewer rollers and belts. Parts are manufactured by PETG with a 2.4mm wall thickness and 100% filling. To build the printer, the following parts were used (BOM): - shafts 8mm x 285mm - 4pcs - shafts 8mm x 220mm - 2pcs - shafts 12mm 300-350mm - 2pcs (10mm models can also be used) - GT2 belts 6mm - 2m - GT2 Timing Pulleys (20 teeth) 8mm bore - 6pcs - GT2 Timing Pulleys (20 teeth) 5mm bore - 3pcs - GT2 Idler Pulley (20 teeth) 5mm bore - 1pc - bronze bushings Ultimaker 2 8x11x30 - 4pcs (can also use 8x12x30 with parts from UlTi) - linear bearings LM12UU - 4pcs or LM12LUU - 2pcs (or LM10UU / LM10LUU) - linear bearings LM8LUU / LM8UU (can also use 8x11x30/8x12x30 with UlTi E3d holder) - bearings F688ZZ - 8pcs - M10 screws x 332mm - 8pcs - M12 screws x 410mm - 4pcs - nuts M10 and M12 are preferably self-locking. A piece of board is also needed to make a template for assembling the upper frame, which will later be used as the printer's base. The hotend used is E3Dv5 Anycubic, but E3Dv6 with UlTi blowing details can also be used. Other electronics are used at your discretion.
