The ULA CAD Challenge launch support bracket was meticulously designed, taking into account the load bearing flat face, bolt stress distribution, ease of installation for a work platform, and uniformity of design for additive manufacturing purposes. A total of 6 participants are vying for success in this challenge, which has proven to be an enlightening experience. The bracket's wall thicknesses range from 0.04 inches onwards. Its material properties include a density of 0.048 lb/in^3 (approximately 1.33 g/cm^3), Young's Modulus of 3.25E+05 psi, Poisson's Ratio of 0.41, and Shear Modulus set at 1.450E-03 psi. The general properties of the bracket include a mass of 0.082 lbm, an area of 21.473 in^2, and a volume of 1.690 in^3. For the stress analysis on the flat face load support, Von Mises Max is calculated at 2.622 ksi, with 1st Principal Stress Max at 3.453 ksi, 3rd Principal Stress Max at 0.815 ksi, and maximum displacement of 0.007975 in. The center of gravity is located at 0.086 in, 0.858 in, and 0.000 in.
