The 3D model is incorrectly rotated; the correct orientation is displayed in renders & images. Rotating it resulted in faulty STEP/IGS files. Weighing 0.087 lbs and with a volume of 1.803 cubic inches, this component requires no support material when printed as shown in the render. Easily accessible bolt holes aid installation by technicians. Created through topology optimization, design features were implemented, followed by FEA analysis & mesh convergence study validating max stress at 4338 psi (below 4.5 ksi material allowance).
