In my fifth version and second upload, I aimed to minimize weight while maintaining stress below 4500 PSI. The ULTEM 9085 bracket meets size requirements; its minimum wall thickness is over 0.04 inches, and bolt hole surround distances are double the hole diameter. With a volume of 0.866236 cubic inches and a mass of 0.0419 lbs, testing demonstrated stresses of 4074.8 PSI at 600 lbs force on Datum B (-z direction) and 4414.4 PSI at 650 lbs force on the same surface.
