The report details the physical properties of ULA _ATLAS part 04, made from Ultem 9085 material. Key measurements include a volume of 1,649.41 in³ and a mass of 0.065977 lbm. The center of mass is at X=0.000073 in, Y=0.090055 in, and Z=0.722078 in, while the center of volume is also at these coordinates. Mass moments of inertia are provided for Ixx (0.057087 lbm-in²), Iyy (0.150565 lbm-in²), Izz (0.113455 lbm-in²), Ixy (-0.000002 lbm-in²), Ixz (0.000004 lbm-in²), and Iyz (0.008206 lbm-in²). Principal axes orientation is also given, as well as principal moments of inertia (I1: 0.118782 lbm-in², I2: 0.110304 lbm-in², I3: 0.022152 lbm-in²), and radii of gyration (Rx: 1.341775 in, Ry: 1.293004 in, Rz: 0.579448 in).
