This super versatile-printable lipless crank is a phenomenal lure! Crafting this bait is a breeze. You simply need to 3D print the two halves, load the belly with as many lead beads as you can handle, and glue them together securely. Next, use a 0.8mm drill bit to tidy up the holes and install the hook hangers and line tie with ease. Add some vibrant paint, and you're ready to reel in that big catch! Printing settings suggestions: - Use a 0.5mm nozzle (0.4mm for finer details) for optimal results. - Set your layer height to 0.15mm for smooth finishes. - Run two perimeters and four top layers for added durability. - Add two bottom layers with a gyroid infill of 5-20% for maximum stability. - Choose ABS filament for its buoyancy and ease of sanding and painting. Filament type note: I opted for ABS due to its superior buoyancy compared to PLA. Additionally, ABS is simpler to sand and paint, making it the ideal choice for this project.
