Ukulele neck with holes for pegs
thingiverse
My printer has limitations, forcing me to print the neck in sections, but even a single piece wouldn't fit through its narrow opening. The two-piece design wasn't sturdy enough to rely solely on glue to keep it intact. Seeking an alternative solution, I turned to leftover wood plugs from IKEA furniture projects, specifically 6mm x 45mm pieces that seemed like the perfect size for the neck's new design. I carefully drilled holes in each piece to accommodate these inserts, providing a secure and durable fix for my neck section.
