I attempted to slice your uke head STL file using Slic3r, but it wasn't watertight - the faces were actually flipped, so I used SketchUp 16 to reverse them. Right-click on the inside-out face, select "Reverse Faces," and voila! It's now watertight. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .24mm Infill: 42% Notes: Using Slic3r 1.2.9 with a 42% 3D hex pattern infill produces an incredibly strong and lightweight design in PLA.
