Ukulele Leash
thingiverse
This is a fusion of the Mobius Strap and the Uke Leash. Both are strap solutions that don't require modifications to the ukulele. The Mobius Strap wouldn't work for me since it demands a ukulele with a waist, but the Flea doesn't have one. I opted for the Uke Leash instead, which turned out to be quite complex. It's narrow and made of nylon webbing. I desired something softer, so I chose cotton as an alternative to hemp, which was too pricey. Cotton webbing cost me $1.60 for approximately 2 yards, providing more material than I needed. I customized the two triglides I listed as remix sources. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results. To complete the leash nicely, I need to find a way to neatly secure the cut ends of the cotton webbing.
