Ukulele Hanger- winged
thingiverse
This lovely winged ukulele hanger is a great addition to any wall. The holes are carefully drilled to accommodate standard drywall screws, which I used to securely mount it. Since ukes are relatively light, a sturdier mounting option may not be necessary; however, the choice ultimately depends on personal preference. Instructions Two versions of this design exist. One features buttresses behind the horns to prevent warping and promote clean printing without additional supports. I've successfully printed both variants with and without supports, and both are fully functional. The presence of buttresses helps keep the backside of the horns tidy. To further enhance the appearance, I applied a coat of acetone to bond the layers together and add some flair. My chosen printer settings for this project included: 0.4mm nozzle 0.3mm layer height Three concentric perimeters 40% infill Three millimeter brim This ukulele hanger is securely attached using drywall screws; alternatively, you can choose to use other types of anchors depending on the wall type and your level of comfort with mounting hardware.
