This is my design of a slim, compact utility blade that's both functional and practical. I keep mine stored in my wallet, but you could easily slip one of these anywhere. To achieve precise tolerances, print with a layer height of 0.12mm, along with an initial layer height of 0.16 and a hole horizontal expansion of 0.2mm. If the tab on the smaller piece is fusing to the outer wall, increase the hole horizontal expansion to 0.25-0.3mm; if it's too large, decrease that value to zero. I can't guarantee success without using these settings, as they're specifically designed for my Ender 3 printer. I'll note that tolerances are quite tight and tailored to my machine. If they're too small for yours, test how the utility blade fits into the inner piece - if it's snug, scale up the outer piece by 2-3%. If not, increase both pieces until the utility blade can be seated without wobbling. Additionally, there's a small notch at the bottom of the inner piece; insert the utility blade into this notch first before pressing it in to the top. Your input is welcome!
