Ukro-passer on an elastic band drive
thingiverse
Use support, infill all parts with 10-30% density except drive units which should have a minimum of 40% infill density. Choose suitable colors for your model. The Ukro-passer design doesn't require any additional components; office rubber bands will suffice as the driving mechanism. Ensure everything moves smoothly - I had to modify my "P1-1piece" part so that the drive worm could rotate freely, secured with a centering screw at the back. My Ukro-passer model has limited range but starts quickly due to its scrolling wheels. The clerical rubber stretches rapidly; I plan to redesign it for an electric motor if you're interested, just let me know and I'll share the updated layout. Print the parts in the saved position to achieve optimal results.
