This is a coin based on one by superdan, where he used Australia (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:250991). You can use 123D to open the included file and add your own modifications or name to it. A 0.5mm extrusion into the top of the coin around the cutout would look great for text. I also made a similar coin with a USA cutout (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1532028). Print Settings: Printer: CTC Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm (or any other resolution) Infill: Doesn't matter Notes: The infill should not matter as it's only 1.5mm high, so there would be no infill anyway. Print at a fine layer height with a well-tuned printer so the fine parts of the cutout come out nicely. I don't recommend using a raft as it may break away the fine details. Try printing on glue stick or hairspray on a heated bed for PLA or kapton tape with a heated bed for ABS.
