Easy Print! All At Once! Just 3 pieces!
If you need a 75mm width check out [torkeal]'s remix https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5251343. 3 screw holes on each side of the base for M3 x 12mm screws, but two screws per side seems good enough as the 5mm thick walls are very stable and strong. The Back is 60mm wide by 70mm high and 15mm thick at the top. Please use Back.v2 because it slopes to 20mm thick at rear of base. That's an addition of 5mm to the base. This matters because the uHook sits about 5mm out from the pegboard. Ergo, the Back begins 5mm out from pegboard. The sexy new Back.v2 stands up straight because it has the 5mm push away from the pegboard to even things out. The frumpy old Back.v1.stl I'm keeping here as a resource for future pegboard projects.
Use Back.v2.stl
Note: Please be sure to download both the Left and the Right sides. Side files are attractively named "uhpbfh_STYLE-1.stl" or "uhpbfh_STYLE-2.stl. Get 'em both. Can't just print same one twice. A few side styles provided. Easy to modify: begin with "solid" and put holes in it as you like. Files are already in best print orientation. "Back" is upside down with opening facing up. "Sides" are flat side down. Printed with 0.4mm nozzle on an AnyCubic i3 Mega S. Sliced in Cura: Draft mode - 0.3mm, 10% infill. No supports. With Raft because it just always works even tho, yeah, it's a lot more filament. Speaking of which, filament spools I'm using are almost universally 60mm thick by 195mm in diameter (across the circle.) Pretty much all filament brands are fine, tho I've been using Sunlu PLA without complaint. More important than the filament brand is your nozzle. When your print starts getting thready, swap out your nozzle. So worth it. 0.4mm nozzles: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08KY462ZL/ M3 screws: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HBN0VXO/ uHooks: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005A3QR2W/
Update 17-Feb: Had an internet problem and somehow messed up files on site. Reuploaded new set of everything plus CATS. All is well but the "total download" numbers are reset.
