1. option this is a test cause this rubber is no more on the market since many years. and its very expensive to get a replacement the model attached is final from my site. Infill around 50% or less but no grid --> use concentric or something like that!! ensure your printer can print very accurate, if not try to calibrate with a xyz cube!!!! May rework on a lathe is necessary to get near perfect roundness. use flex glue to fix it on the wheel. On a Variocord 263 it works perfect but the outer diameter is bigger may the speed is different! Speed test was done and it is ok. no big issue measured. With an SG 561 it works poor but with some adjust may better. The assembly on the wheel is tricky. put the adapter into the buyed rubber than both on the wheel.
