UFS-074 Paper Shredder Gear - Royal 1212X

We've had this Royal brand paper shredder for years. After jamming it up with paper, it stripped out one of the plastic gears. I checked for a replacement, but it is too old and the gear was not in stock. https://shop.royalsupplies.com/Spare-Parts/112MX-Shredder-Drive-Gear-1.html What can you do but make your own. I found this gear on Thingiverse that was close, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3367347 It was a helical gear with a spur gear shaped counter bore. The only problems were the gear was too thin, there were too many teeth (8 instead of 6) on the spur gear hole, the angle of the helical was wrong and mirrored, and finally it needed a small hub. Other than that it was perfect. Ok, not perfect, but it had the basics I could use to build off. So I went through five versions to get the gear right. I included for reference and in case someone had a similar but different gear. Just when I got the helical, the spur, and the thickness right, I tested it only to immediately fail. (This was so disappointing. I almost gave up.) The original had a small hub on one side that I didn't copy. I didn't think I needed it, but it I was wrong. So on my sixth try, it worked. I made my gear out of PLA. It will probably not last long. If someone likes my design and has nylon or ABS filament and would be willing to send be a print that would be great.
