Designed to hold a pretty common UFO Led Grow Light on top of a Space Bucket (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07312WKX2?tag=sb-build-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1) Machine screws and bolts hold it in place. Is 8 screw holes a little bit of overkill? Perhaps, but the top (or flipped bottom, in this case) of the 5 gallon bucket was a little bit wavy and this solved the problem of keeping light in/out.
