It includes: walls of different size, pillars, stairs and arches. In addition you get a set of props to fulfill your underworld fantasy environments: stain\leak decals, piles of rocks in different variations (single, group, scattered) dangerous rusty spikes (as a trap), canoe\basket set (leftovers from adventurers) and of course the roots of different kind, either with alpha made, baked into plane or the 3D model ones. This pack also includes particles and mannequin made by Epic Games for presentation purposes. PLEASE READ HERE< One specific feature of using architectural modular parts is that you are able to scale up\down the pieces (walls, pillars etc) without losing accurate texel density. This material setup is made specificaly in Unreal Engine 4 for optimization and flexibility purposes. Simply speaking, the UV mapping stays the same, which gives you more control when creating levels. The modular assets are baked with AO and Normal though, but don't have unique diffuse textures (albedo), instead they have a blend of tileable materials, which is alsobeneficial when creating game levels in UE4.
