The Renault UE Chenillette was a light tracked armored carrier and prime mover produced by France between 1932 and 1940. French Infantry leaders decided to develop a light armored vehicle that could tow and supply small cannons and mortars in 1930. In 1931, the Renault company received the contract for producing its Renault UE, combined with the Renault UK trailer. By 1937, from numerous competitors, the Renault UE2 was chosen as an improved type for large-scale production. More than five thousand of both types were built, including license production in Romania, and they formed part of the standard equipment of all French infantry divisions. Most Renault UE vehicles in French service remained unarmed; those captured by Germany in 1940 were used for various purposes, including being equipped with machine-guns, antitank-guns, and rocket artillery. The 3D model was created using 3ds Max 2016 and rendered using V-Ray. To generate the image, simply press Render. The model is available in two formats: a native file for 3Ds Max 2016 running on V-Ray 3.6, and an FBX or OBJ preset exported from 3Ds Max 2016, with all materials included. Textures are provided in PNG format, with resolutions of 4096 x 4096, 2048 x 2048, and 1024 x 1024, located within the 3Ds Max folder.
