The Renault UE Chenillette was a light tracked armored carrier produced by France between 1932 and 1940. Initially, it was developed to tow and supply small cannons and mortars upon the request of the French Infantry in 1930. In 1937, the Renault UE2 emerged as an improved type for mass production out of multiple contenders. Over five thousand units were manufactured, including Romanian license production, making them standard equipment for all French infantry divisions. Most Renault UE vehicles in French service were unarmed, but German forces armed some captured models with machine guns, antitank guns, and rocket artillery after their capture in 1940. The 3D model is made using 3ds Max 2016 and Vray for rendering. It comes with a native file format compatible with Vray Next 4.02 in 3ds Max 2016, along with FBX and OBJ export options that retain the material settings. The model also features layers and groups for easy part management. However, the background image is not included.
