Udoo X86 3D printed case
thingiverse
This is a custom design for the Udoo X86, crafted to accommodate space for one SATA hard drive, position the antennas either on top or side, and give access to the side ports plus GPIO pins. It's a highly functional case, albeit not the thinnest, but it will safeguard the PC. There are mounting points on the bottom that allow wood screws to securely attach the Udoo to a wall. The orientation of the STL files is incorrect, so be sure to edit for optimal printing results. To assemble this case, you'll need: 4 x M3 20mm female-to-female standoffs: https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Female-Threaded-Standoff-Pillar/dp/B015A3LIXE/ref=sr_ph_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1509749214&sr=sr-1&keywords=m3+20mm 4 x M3 40mm male-to-female standoffs: https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Female-Thread-Stand-off-Spacers/dp/B00AO432J8/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1509749231&sr=8-7&keywords=m3+40mm+standoff 8 x M3 12mm screws: https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-M3x12mm-Carbon-Countersunk-Socket/dp/B01E6EIC2S/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1509749307&sr=8-5&keywords=m3+12mm+countersunk The SATA hard drive should press-fit into the designated slot. For the Udoo antennas, use only the gold hex nut on the exterior of the 3D printed case; the lock nut washer takes too much thickness. I also had to hot glue the WIFI leads to the PCB to prevent them from detaching during assembly. I've included the original Solidworks files for your reference and modification as you see fit.
