EDIT: Added nozzle file which was originally missing A fully reversible conversion to turn the UDL shell ejecting Winchester 1887 foam dart blaster into a VSR magazine fed airsoft gun. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zaticd_St20 This conversion completely replaces the barrel assembly on the 1887, changing the finicky shells to a reliable and consistent nozzle based feed into a hop unit. With the upgraded spring, this will get you about 0.8J, or 300fps with a 0.2g bb. With the right barrel and bucking, you can get very impressive accuracy and range even at this mediocre power. Optional parts in this kit are a front/rear sight and a sling mount. Required hardware: A 150mm gbb/vsr inner barrel (Can be longer or shorter, about 175mm max.) A vsr/gbb bucking. I used a 60 degree maple leaf MR along with a maple leaf 6.01 barrel. If using maple leaf, use the included spring clip. VSR magazines. I use Action Army 50rnd. For the hop unit, 2 M3x8 cap head screws. Head dia ~5.3mm For the TDC (Hop adjustment) 1 M3x8 grub screw For the nozzle, 2 M5x5 grub screws For the mag catch, 2 M3 grub screws, 6mm or longer, and one ~8mm diameter spring, 20mm or longer For the forend to barrel connection, 1 m4x12 screw. Head dia 6mm or less. For the mag tube, 1 M5x50 screw, head dia 8mm or less. For the rear sight, 1 small M2.5 coarse thread screw, 5mm long with a low profile head. Cutoff lever or safety lever screws from inside a gearbox are about right, but you can find screws like this in cheap toys and such. For the front sight, 1 M4x8mm screw and nut. Head dia 6mm or less. You will need to remove the plastic part of the shell lifter for the conversion to cycle.
