Udelta Core 3 Fans

Udelta Core 3 Fans

Here is a new core for the udelta from E-motion Tech (based on the original core provided), allowing you to use a cable chain, chamber fans of the extruder, and an additional 360-degree fan based on So rampage (itself compatible). Repositioning holes for mounting LEDs. Be careful when connecting fans: After several tests, with all three fans spinning at 100%, the extruder fails. Error symptoms: on Repetier Host, heating of the extruder is visible in manual control and temperature of the extruder plummets on sensors, as if not powered enough. Power issues? Not enough power? Temporary fix: 1. Connect blower fan to the vent that turns on after print start. 2. Set your settings for retraction at 60% for same fans. E-motion Tech was notified and is looking into it. Personal issue with extrusion, not sure if printer or my own setup. Anyone else experienced this? Lastly, holes for fans were drilled slightly off center to allow material for structural integrity and room for screw assembly. (I used only M3 screws from the kit) Working great at home using Abs Esun 1.75.
