To get started with setting up a UCS server, I need to find a suitable holder for my caddy. Since I couldn't locate one, I decided to design a DIY solution. The current version is v13 and only the front finger holder area requires additional support. I also want to improve grip so it's easier to pull out when hot-swapping. For now, let's focus on updating the existing design. We'll need to add more grip to the front finger holder area, making it easier to remove the caddy without any issues. To do this, we can simply increase the size of the finger holder or add some additional features like a spring-loaded mechanism. As for the left top front hold from the back, it's designed to securely fasten a 1.75mm clear or semi-transparent filament. This is actually an HDD fail LED light that will provide visual feedback when there's an issue with the hard drive.
