UConnect Battery Cover Final
thingiverse
Used thick adhesive tape and lightweight metal to design electrical connections for the batteries. Related tip: If you discover that your power button occasionally fails to activate your headphones, I've observed that the contact springs inside the headphones have a larger diameter than the bump on the positive end of the battery. I wrapped a narrow strip of aluminum foil across the top of the battery (just the battery with the positive terminal going down into the headphones) and it has made the headphones function more reliably.
