I got this model from Dirk. You can find it on GitHub at github.com/dherrendoerfer/uCNC_controller/tree/master/Extras/Plotter_v3. I just assembled the pieces to clarify the build for those trying to create one themselves. Simply compile it, don't try to render; I have no control over the source STL files, which might be non-manifold. For the STL parts, clone the repository and save them in the same directory as this OpenSCAD file. Dirk's Arduino controller and gcode sender are great projects; check them out! Here is a list of what you need for this project (also found in the Readme file at Dirk's repository): A BOM (bill of materials). A micro R/C servo is a must-have, just like the HXT900 from hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__662__HXT900_9g_1_6kg_12sec_Micro_Servo.html. The OpenSCAD model allows for variable x and y dimensions through its parameters. For example, typing 'assy(120,100)' will result in an X of 110mm and a Y of 100mm assembly. For a visual representation of how it all comes together, I recommend watching this YouTube video: youtube.com/watch?v=kcXlak7RNV0.
