Here is a possible rewritten version of the text: It's a great design for lazy owners who want to create beer ends with a through-extrusion cable guarding system and an AOL chat logo. The Thingiverse model has a mess of dodgy cleanup underneath, but it's also full of comedy errors that you can fix yourself. This design doesn't require any screws, but if you want to use them, there are cutouts for that. There is no need for support or rafts because the lugs are cut away underneath to print without them. The model prints at 3shell with 1% infill and gap filling at 0.2mm. It takes about 40 minutes to print using around 2 meters of filament. If you're looking for something different, there's another design on www.AOLchat.co.uk that you might like better. This shorter version doesn't invite premature wear and spreads contact with the cables when it happens. The open sides save plastic, guard cables, and let you route from either side through the center of 40x40 extrusion. There are two pre-sliced gcode files in the bucket: one for the final bar end with horizontal cutouts and one for the best version with full cutouts and the top logo. The top surface is at 10 degrees, so you can adjust it if you want to chop off the lettering. I'll be posting a load of photos soon, including my printer settings and the infill overlap I use for strong 3shell prints.
