This is a solution to mount a UniFi AP AC Lite wifi unit securely on top of a wall jack, keeping it clean and organized in our home while hiding the unsightly jack and cable exposure. 4 - M4x6 Screws are required to attach the Ubnt Unifi Plate to the mount and 2 - M3 size screws for attaching it directly to the wall jack plate. I drilled two holes roughly the size of an M3 screw, then screwed them into place on the wall plate. Alternatively, you could use longer screws with a nut on the back side if needed. I used hex pan head screws because they were readily available at the time. The patch cable is coiled up inside the spacer, keeping it hidden from view and taking up minimal space.
